SMS Terms

Program

Teks R Us, Corp. sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who opt in. Messages include:

• Two-way conversations: answering your questions about our services and products
• Support requests and ticket updates
• Appointment scheduling and reminders
• Photos and media about your work, such as job-site photos, equipment and product photos, and quotes (MMS)
• Service and outage notices, and account or billing notices

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You can opt in by checking the text-message box on our website contact form, by texting us first, or by telling our team verbally or in writing that we may text you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversations, requests and service activity. Picture messages (MMS) may use more data. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (888) 883-8357.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
